lo primero es editar sources:

# nano /etc/apt/sources.list

dentro ponemos:

Una vez tengamos editado el archivo guardamos y actualizamos

# apt-get update

# aptitude install kde-full kde-l10n-es

Ya tendremos nuestor kde 4
